High on a site overlooking the Tamarindo estuary. A steep site where views are the main driver. The building is separated into distinct containers for living. Deep overhangs allow for outdoor protected living spaces and keeps windows well shaded from the tropical sun. Exterior louvers add an additional layer of protection. The result is a home designed for outdoor living and a perch from which to enjoy the beautiful Pacific sunsets.
