Located on a view site in the hills of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, this design seeks to take advantage of the site and its particular constraints. The home is to feel private from the street hidden below its green roof, and then opening wide to the views on he lower levels. Deep overhangs protect from rain and sun and allow for  the eye to be taken to the breakers beyond.
